Kasi naman. Grrrrrr. I have a Smart Bro postpaid plan. Yep. Just type in "Smart Bro sucks" into Google and you will see what I mean. Take your pick from the various sites there. Their problem is also my problem. Nakakaasar lang kasi na mas mabilis pa ung Dial-up eh. While the old me would be okay staring at a webpage that takes forever to download, the new me strongly protests. Nasasayang kasi yung oras ko. Eh pwede naman mabilis diba?

That's why I am here in Java Man in BF. I've been here since 4PM. I'll go in a while. Jo invited me to dinner. Yay! Can't wait. I'm starving. :D Hehe. BBQ! :D

After various attempts to post, this made me do it.

Kuya visited today.

After, approximately 2 years of non-existence, he was back.

Well, only for a good 1 hour or so. He looked "mature", with the tousled hair and slight bigote. And ofcourse the first reaction that I did when I learned that he was here was to cry.

I just could not help it. Tears started streaming down my face. When mama told me, "Lapitan mo na kuya mo, kamustahin mo."...
I couldn't. I wanted to. But I just could not. So I ended up staring at him by our kitchen door while he was walking about in our garage fixing his old car. I was not so bad, because I was able to go out and say hi. He looked at me from afar and when I approached he smiled at me, said hi, and gave a fat kiss on the cheek. I smiled and practically ran inside the kitchen because I was crying again.

Yes, I am the crybaby. I learned to control that. But my kuya is the definitely my weak spot. And ofcourse that was not all, when he finally went inside the house, papa called and I went to see why he was calling me. Then before I knew it, he was walking towards me.

It was all a blur.

The next thing I knew, he was hugging me and I cried hard so hard I made Mama cry also. She controlled hers, ofcourse and just stared at her hugging daughter and son. Kuya was comforting me and I was saying something in between sobs. Before that, I forgot, he kissed me twice on both cheeks, and I think that was the time that I started to cry. I remember him sayng to me, "Magpakabait ka ah".

He promised to visit more often. And said to Mama countless times to eat more banana. [Thank you for all who prayed for her, btw. She is fine now. :) But I still want to be an ER nurse. :) Hehe.]

He stayed inside his old room, now more like a stock room. He stayed there for a good 10-15 minutes - and I actually believe in myself that he cried inside.

When he left, he promised to visit more often. Even said to Papa, that he will make it once a week. I really hope that he do. :)

My brother and I havent really been that close, but still, I miss him.

And the greatest part of that is, I know Mama will be very happy if the day comes that he decides to come back. :)

Christmas - simply my favorite time of the year.

I really love it when December comes. Malamig :) Simbang gabi. Bibingka. Puto bumbong. Hot choco. Gifts. Jackets. Jingle bells. Christmas song (Yes, that's the title...and other songs too), Baking. Mama. Vanilla. Cinnamon. Red. Green. Cheers. Warmth. Joy. Love.

And the list will go on.

I really can't explain it but I always feel jittery when I know Christmas is just around the corner. :P

...and even if it has just finished for that matter. Ehe. :)

New Year's okay. Actually the whole span of the holidays from Christmas to New Year make me excited.

I was really struck because lately I have been really battling with my Nursing course. It gets crazier each sem and being lax and a crammer is surely not helping me at all. What he said really took its toll cause I was guilty enough that I will really strive for that excellence and efficiency - to be the best nurse.

And so yeah, nursing first. Goals first. Magkikita naman kami ulet sa New Year mgppinsan so okay lang :)

Yes yes, tomorrow is the beginning of the last week. Wish me love and luck to get by and survive.

I can't believe that I haven't posted for like ages. My last post was June 24th. Its been, what, more than 3 months already? @_@

Wow.

Guess school's really took its toll on me.

In fact, on most days, this is how I usually look:
